Nose - Soft, rich and fruity, with tropical fruits and coconut. Moist fruitcake covered in royal icing. A tad floral and grassy with soft vanilla and a hint of sugarcane.

Palate - Creamy and sweet. Baked apples and a citrussy zing of grapefruit and bitter Seville orange peel. The fresh grassiness of the nose is more pronounced, becoming slightly herbal.

Finish - Richly textured. More fruit, balanced with some vanilla oakiness that offsets the sweetness. A great summery dram.
