At the heart of the presentation, a 35-year old cask strength Speyside single malt from the shuttered Imperial Distillery. Dutifully matured by
Scotland’s pre-eminent independent bottler, Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Limited, Imperial Cask # 187 was distilled in 1989 and bottled on Sir Nick’s birthday,
the 18th of July.
It is a golden spirit brimming with flavour in keeping with the signature profile of the distillery; a proper salute to the
achievement it honours.

About the Imperial Distillery:
Once located in the heart of Scotland’s scotch producing region of Speyside, the distillery produced single malt scotch whisky between 1897 and 1998. The distillery was closed and reopened several times over the years with the only official bottlings being a 15-year-old expression, released in the mid-1990s. The distillery was demolished in 2013.
