Duncan Taylor is recognised on the global stage as one of the most innovative and dynamic whisky companies. The company's devotion to the principles of providing exceptional casks for filling at the finest distilleries has been a key feature of its history and the out standing portfolio of collecting only the finest Scotch whiskies available. In his Dundee shop in 1864 George Willsher established Black Bull.

A century and a half later we are excited to announce the new member of the herd, the Black Bull Kyloe Sherry Finish takes our bold Black Bull Kyloe blend and finished it in ex Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks for rich depth and a fruity flavour experience. BLACK BULL KYLOE SHERRY FINISH 100 PROOF SINCE 1864.

Colour - Antique Gold.

Nose - Soft, aromatic Sherry. Orchard blossoms and some gentle herbal notes. Old fashioned boiled sweets, Pear Drops and Kola Kubes. A milk chocolate bar studded with fruit and nuts enveloped by sweet toasted oak notes.

Palate - Elegant mouthfeel with rich fruits, stewed plums, red apples. A dark honey sweetness that is offset by some spicy oak dryness. Nicely balanced with a hint of leather developing over time.

Finish - The initial sweetness on the palate intensifies for a nice lengthy finish. The spice shows as German Christmas Gingerbread and is nicely balanced with creamy vanilla on the finish. Rather gourmet!
