Highland Park is an Orkney-based distillery (the northernmost in Scotland), known for its balanced style combining gentle peat smoke with rich honeyed malt, heather, and coastal influence. It uses traditional floor malting and sherry cask maturation to craft a distinctive, complex whisky with both Highland and island character.
