Australian Single Malt Whisky – Only 312 bottles crafted. Distilled on 27/08/2018 and bottled on 15/10/2024 at 54% ABV, this expression was matured in fresh red wine barriques made of French oak. Infused with the character of Melbourne’s wild weather, Starward’s whisky showcases the richness and complexity that come from the marriage of red wine barrels and a uniquely Australian climate.

The nose is a springtime stroll: cherry blossoms in bloom and roses, sweetened by a nostalgic hit of strawberry laces. The palate is indulgent and textured - sticky toffee pudding drizzled with treacle, softened by creamy macadamia and a whisper of almond, and steeped in orange flower water. Hints of white cherries and candied ginger brighten the mid-palate, while cacao and a dusting of cinnamon and vanilla carry through to a long, velvety finish.
