The Cairn Distillery sits at 57 degrees north of the equator in the Cairngorms National Park, inspiring the name of our range of blended Scotch whiskies. Our ‘40’ delivers rich Sherry notes: cinnamon and nutmeg, stewed apple and walnuts with a hint of citrus and roasted coffee on the palate and finish.
