This lovely Irish single malt has been aged 16 years in 3 different types of wood. First in sherry and bourbon barrels before being finished in port pipes. Each contributing their own subtle flavours. This gives it not only its lovely deep colour but a rich whisky full of dark fruits.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Floral notes with honey and vanilla coming through, hints or tinned fruits.
Palate: lovely juicy red fruits, the tinned fruits in syrup remain along with Christmas spice.
Finnish: long and rich with syrup and dark chocolate.
