The Octave Caol Ila has been maturing for 16 years in oak casks before being transferred to a sherry octave cask for the final 6 months. This limited release of only 93 bottles is bottled at 55.5 % cask strength, unfiltered and naturally coloured, exclusively for The Spirits Embassy.

The Octave range is where the finest whiskies have a final maturation in reconstructed ex sherry octave casks, the spirit is invigorated by the increased wood contact in the smaller casks, bringing you a spectacular dram.
