Peallach is the heavily peated spirit from Tobermory Distillery, established 1798 on the Isle of Mull. This 10 year old was matured in refill bourbon for 9 years, then finished 8 months in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry from Jerez. Rich peat meets dried fruit and spice complexity.
