For over 300 years, Mount Gay has been crafting deeply aromatic and rich rums in Barbados. Mount Gay Black Barrel is crafted from a blend of rums distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills, matured in American whisky casks and then finished in charred Bourbon casks. It can be enjoyed near, on ice or in cocktails.
Nose - Woody and butter notes balanced with dried fruit and spices.
Palate - Bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee, and toffee.
Body - Warm, medium body with a long finish.
