Maclean’s Nose is Ardnamurchan's traditional blended scotch whisky, with some modern twists, and takes its name both from the Maclean’s Nose landmark on the Ardnamurchan peninsula and from the whisky legend Charles Maclean, who has acted as a guide and mentor to them over the years.
Maclean’s Nose has a high malt content of 70% and a significant presence of ex-sherry casks, which imparts a rich depth of flavour. Expect the delightful interplay of burnt citrus peel, invigorating sea salt, indulgent white chocolate and the smoky essence of a bonfire by the beach. As with their single malts, their Maclean’s Nose blended whisky is unchill filtered and of natural colour.
