HOW IT WORKS

Choose A Plan

Choose from monthly or quarterly subscriptions. Both plans include 11 x 3cl whiskies, with quarterly subscriptions offering additional exclusive benefits such as 5-10% off The Spirits Embassy basket spend, access to pre-release whiskies, and more.

Receive your delivery​

Dispatched on the 10th of every month. In your box you will find three tasting sets. Each month will focus on a different theme, meaning no two months will be the same.

Taste & Learn 

Join an online group session with a whisky expert, typically held on a Friday night. If you can’t make it, a downloadable version will be available after the event. In your box, you’ll find a selection of snack pairings, which your whisky host will guide you through during the tasting. Your box will also include two at-home tasting sets, the ‘At Home Set’ and the ‘Discover More Set’, for you to enjoy in your own time.

Awesome tasting packs for Friday night online virtual tasting sessions.

I’ve been doing these tasting packs for quite a while now, and I really look forward to Friday nights when we have the remote tastings, with a knowledgable industry expert to guide us. You can learn so much and try so many whiskies from distilleries you may never get chance to try otherwise.

Great value and tastings.

I have been doing the online tastings for nearly a year now and always enjoy them. The selection of whiskies are excellent inc difficult to obtain ones .i.e. springbank. The tastings are always usually done with a brand ambassador and its nice to sit in the comfort of your own home whilst doing them.

Great idea for Whisky discovery

The monthly subscription is a great idea to regularly discover or re-discover some great drams, to open the eyes on lesser known drams. This mix is what I like the most. Also, thank you to keep the subscription price reasonable. This brings loyalty to the shop.

Smorgasbord of flavours

Some amazing drams tasted thanks to the 3 month tasting subscription. With many single malts flying out of reach of my wallet, trying a whisky prior to buying is a must. I've been unable to participate in the zoom meets due to night shift work, but I believe these can be replayed.

  • What's Included
    Each subscription box includes:

  • Shipping & Dispatch
    • Your kit will be dispatched on the 10th of each month.

  • Box Frequency & Finality
    • Subscription boxes are sent according to your chosen billing cycle.
    • All subscription boxes are final once processed.

  • Repeat Products
    We aim to curate boxes thoughtfully and reduce repetition wherever possible.
  • Cancellations
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
    • Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
    • Any boxes already billed or in production will still be fulfilled and shipped.
  • Live Events
    Some subscription packages include access to live events.
    • Event details (date, time, access link, or location) will be provided via email.
    • Live events are not guaranteed to be rescheduled if you are unable to attend.
    • Where available, replay access or alternative content may be provided at our discretion.
    • Missed events do not qualify for refunds, credits, or replacement benefits.

 When will my subscription box be dispatched?

Subscription kits are dispatched on the 10th of each month.

Can I skip a subscription box?

No. Subscription boxes cannot be skipped.

Are subscription boxes refundable or exchangeable?

No. All subscription boxes are final once processed, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for subscription orders.

Will I receive the same products more than once?

We aim to carefully curate each box and minimise repetition where possible. However, occasional repeat products may occur depending on availability and curation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime after completing the minimum 3-month commitment.

If the cancellation request is made on or before the next billing date, it will take effect in the same month.
Requests made after the 4th will take effect from the following month.

Are live events included in the subscription?

Subscription packages mostly include access to exclusive live events.

Event details such as date, time, location, or access link will be provided via email.

What happens if I cannot attend a live event?

If you are unable to attend:

  • Live events may not always be rescheduled
  • Replay access or alternative content may be provided where available, at our discretion
  • Missed events do not qualify for refunds, credits, or replacement benefits

When will my payment be taken?

Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will make up to 8 retry attempts for failed payments, with each attempt made every 24 hours. If all attempts fail, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. However, address changes must be made before the billing date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.

Can subscription boxes be resold?

No. Subscription boxes are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
