This 24 year old Trinidad rum from the Caroni distillery really is the jewel of the Quarterdeck range. The Caroni Distillery lies in the middle of the Caroni Plains. Once world known for its heavy rums made of their own sugar cane crops, the distillery was closed in 2002 leading to a cult status around its exceptional few remaining casks. Producing deep, rich, yet mellow rums, this producer is certainly one for the taste buds. Exceptional.
