Yesteryear is a limited‑edition, six‑year‑old single London rye whisky (52.3 % ABV) made by The London Distillery Company. It was crafted from the remnants of the distillery’s original LV‑1767 Edition, matured initially in English‑oak casks, then finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry octaves and a refill sherry quarter cask. On the nose, it offers Seville orange, sugar-coated red berries, clove, cinnamon, toffee, and chocolate. The palate brings marmalade, buttery toffee, toasted almonds, cocoa nibs, and classic rye spice.
