Tomatin 15 Year Old Wine Barrique Single Cask

Tomatin 15 Year Old – Portuguese Wine Barrique is an exclusive single cask bottled for The Spirits Embassy from the softer side of the Highlands, matured in a Portuguese wine barrique from 2009 and bottled in 2024 at cask strength, 57.7%.

Deep amber in colour, it opens with a rich and robust nose of sugared fruits, gentle cinnamon, toasted sunflower seeds, dusty cellars, and oaky sweetness. The palate is luxuriously sweet, bursting with concentrated caramel, warm pastries, and red grapes layered over an oily texture and luscious fruit preserves. The finish is creamy, balanced, and mouth-coating, leaving a lingering impression of unctuous sweetness.
