This was the 4th purchase via the Whisky wheel, and again, the quality of the product was excellent..
However, the delivery experience was poor.
My purchase was on Feb 24th. I chased Spirits Embassy at the beginning of March as my order had not arrived. I was told my item was out of stock and they were awaiting a further delivery.
My bottle eventually arrived on March 7th.
I think a message from Spirits Embassy explaining the issue should have occurred rather than leaving the customer in limbo, and me chasing.
Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time in a row that a problem has happened. My previous order went wrong and I ended up receiving an incorrect item, but it wont prevent me ordering again.
