This Single Cask was matured in a sherry cask from 1993 and reached an ABV of 52.7% before being bottled in 2020.
Colour - Deep Amber.
Nose - Heaps of ripe fruits held in perfect balance by the subtlest of peat influences. Rich with a delicate spiciness, still zesty.
Palate - Fruit and smoke are still present but now a degree of oakiness depicting its age.
Finish - Dark fruits, slightly drying, seasonal spices. Long, lingering and balanced.
