The Robin Redbreast is the only bird which sings continuously throughout the dark Irish winters, and is one of the very few small birds that choose to winter in Ireland. It is the enduring spirit which inspires its name sake, Redbreast Irish whiskey.
Regarded as the Definitive expression of single pot still Irish whisky, Redbreast epitomises a style of whisky that is crafted without compromise: a whisky steeped in the traditions of fermentation, distillation, maturation, blending and bottling. And now the Iberian series adds a new and exciting chapter to the story with the whiskies finished in casks sourced from the sun-drenched bodegas of Spain and Portugal, suffused with the gentle warmth and sweetness of the Iberian Peninsula.
A unique collaboration between the Bodegas Lustau and the Middleton distillery, Redbreast Lustau Edition is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills. Having spent its final maturation journey in casks seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry in the Bodegas Lustau, the result is the ultimate sherried Redbreast.

Palate: Silky smooth pot still: assertive spices balanced with richness of the sherry finish and contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
Finish: Endless. Sweetness and assorted spices endure, while Oloroso Sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.
