For over 300 years, Mount Gay has been crafting deeply aromatic and rich rums in Barbados. Mount Gay Eclipse is a blend of rums distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills, then matured in American Whisky casks. It makes an iconic Rum Punch or can be enjoyed with your favourite mixer.
Nose : Distinctive notes of vanilla and banana, with underlying notes of caramel, summer fruit and spice.
Palate : An oaky character with slight burnt notes.
Body : Light to medium body.
