Inspired by the festive season. Oaked Spice Gin is made with Tonka beans, cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and vanilla, as well as some chipped American Oak.

Thanks to these warming festive flavours, this gin goes beautifully with ginger ale, served neat with ice or even in a hot chocolate!

Nose - Rich gingerbread and Christmas cake, sweet vanilla and chocolate orange crème.

Palate - Warm cinnamon and allspice, fizzy cola bottles and mulled wine backed with piney juniper and toasted oak.

Finish - Long and complex, perfectly balanced between warm spice and sweet citrus; surprisingly dry, not cloying.
