Kilchoman Family Collection 11 Year Old

Kilchoman's 11 Year Old marks a milestone for the distillery—a fully mature expression that captures the richness of time. Distilled from heavily peated Islay barley (50ppm) via Port Ellen Maltings and aged exclusively in ex-sherry casks, this single malt delivers a compelling interplay of deep smoke and warming sherried complexity. Part of the inaugural Family Collection, it represents the distillery's evolution and stands as a benchmark of Islay craft.
