Aroma - Stewed apples with vanilla pod and crystallised orange peel. Raspberry compote develops alongside fragrant cinnamon spice. 

Taste - Smooth apple and vibrant pear compliments demerara sugar. Clove and tangerine gives way to aniseed and a hint of white pepper.

Finish - Medium-bodied with lingering spice and walnut.
