This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma: Rich vanilla pod and red apple give way to milk chocolate. Notes of nougat and malted biscuit develop alongside fresh lime.
Taste: Smooth and sweet with toasted almonds and lemon zest. Seville orange notes come to the fore, accompanied by pineapple and soft black pepper.
Finish: Medium-bodied with spice and a hint of aniseed.
