The experimental series from Glenfiddich is breaking the single malt mould, with the Fire and Cane expression bringing a bold fusion of smoky and sweet to create a daring dram for adventurous whisky lovers. Fire and Cane is a mixture of peated whisky and ex-bourbon matured malts which are then finished in Latin rum casks, infusing the spirit with a rich sweet and spicy character. Looking to combine the campfire smokiness of its peated whisky with the creamy sweetness of rum maturation, Glenfiddich has created a distinctive dram worthy of its place in the experimental series.
