Nose: Light yet with a creamy texture, soft sherry, rich dried fruits mingle with honey that balances out with woody notes of oak and a hint of pine and a very soft hint of smoke. Gentle and well-balanced.
Palate: Oloroso sherry gives the typical notes of raisins, date and fruit cake, earthy hints from the dunnage warehouse creep in. A beautiful note of malt, with toffee apple and a touch of smoke.
Finish: lovely and long, notes of allspice, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry creates the perfect spicy end.
