Glen Spey's signature lighter style floral, malty, with notes of almond and popcorn gains richness and depth from over 3 years finishing in ex-Pineau des Charentes Rouge. The result is unctuous and decadent, revealing sultana, cinnamon, and strawberry liquorice on the palate. Matured in hogshead, finished in French fortified wine cask for orchard fruit complexity.
