A brand-new, limited single malt in the Ardnamurchan line-up – Ardnamurchan AD/ Tokaji Cask Release!

 

Back in early 2024, Ardnamurchan decided to highlight their unpeated distillate for their first foray into this maturation type. They chose 28 unpeated bourbon barrels originally filled in 2018 and re-racked them into lovely Tokaji casks sourced directly from Hungary. Just over 2 years later, they are proud to release a luscious, funky, and vibrant 8-year-old Tokaji-finished Ardnamurchan single malt!

 

Bottled at 52% ABV, this whisky boasts an alluring combination of floral sandalwood, sweet pear and almond, and bright and funky bamboo and white pepper. Yielding under 9,000 bottles, this will be a fairly limited release.
