At 38 years old, Tormore takes on a different kind of elegance. Decades of maturation have softened and refined the spirit, developing the depth, poise and complexity that only time can bring. A final 27 months in a 1st fill oloroso sherry barrique has added a layer of richness and warmth, perfectly complementing a single malt of remarkable age and exceptional balance.

Nose - Rich and beautifully composed, with golden syrup, rich toffee and warm custard alongside crisp apple peel. Beneath the sweetness lies a gentle earthiness, with soft marshmallow adding a confectionery lift.

Palate - Bright, polished oak brings structure to crème caramel, alfalfa honey and nostalgic wine gums. A layer of dry, dusty spice develops with time, adding complexity and balance to the whisky’s natural sweetness.
