The Aberdeenshire Single Malt is a pre-production preview of a major new project - a 12-year-old Glen Garioch that marks Little Brown Dog’s own take on a signature core expression. Vatted from 60% first-fill bourbon and 40% sherry casks (PX and Oloroso, both refill and first fill), it’s non-chill filtered, natural in colour, and bottled at 46% ABV. Distinct in style from the distillery’s own releases, this whisky reflects hands-on cask management, blending, and decision-making - an expression of the LBD ethos of quality, character, and craft. With only 500 hand-numbered bottles available, it offers an early taste of what will become the heart of the range.
