For this delicious edition, Orcadian honey and Scottish raspberries have been added to the legendary Kirkjuvagr Gin to create a special spirit in homage to the goddess, Beyla. In Norse mythology, Beyla was the goddess of bees, with a strong connection to the earth. At the Orkney Distilling Company they share her bond with the land, growing their own botanicals on the island, where the influence of the Norse gods can still be felt.
