Henstone started producing whisky in 2017, filling casks with new-make spirit. Over the years, these have matured into whisky, with early releases coming from these initial casks. Some casks were held back, and in September 2023, a single cask of 5 Year Old Age Statement Single Malt English Whisky was released.

Matured in an ex-bourbon cask (number HDC009) and bottled at 46%, this whisky offers an amazing aroma and flavour—a real corker.
