The Cairn Distillery believes that every journey starts somewhere and that theirs began 57 degrees north of the equator in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. Production started in 2022 where they plan to create high quality single malts with the rich and smooth traditional characteristics of a Speyside malt.

Whilst their first release of a Single Malt is some years away, The Cairn have created a special range of blended malts called CRN57 to replicate many of the flavours that they believe will emerge as single malts from The Cairn in decades to come.
