This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma: Red stewed berries are followed by ginger spice and pressed apple. Toffee notes give way to raspberry compote and cocoa powder.
Taste: Rich blackcurrant combines with Demerara sugar and clementine. Dark plum and figs are balanced by black pepper.
Finish: Full and long with charred oak and dark forest fruit.
