This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Nose: Rich fruitcake with clove and ginger spice. Demerara sugar gives way to dark cherry and hints of lime blossom before a touch of beeswax polish.
Taste: Pepper, Seville orange and stewed fruit flavours are followed by raspberry and toasted oak.
Finish: A medium finish with lingering notes of aniseed.
