This third and final crop of the Fallow release from Lochlea is inspired by autumn on the farm, their Fallow Edition whiskies reflect a period of rest for their fields after the busy harvest season.

For this third and final crop of fallow, bottled at 46% ABV, Lochlea opted for 100% first-fill Oloroso sherry butts.

All natural colour and non-chill filtered, Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is deep and decadent. You’ll find warming flavours of cooked apples and sweet dates on the nose, developing into freshly baked bread and Manuka honey on the palate. Notes of rich, buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorns provide the perfect savoury finish for this dram.
