Glencadam Reserve de Burgundy has been created by the Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in ex-bourbon American oak Casks from Glencadam's Historic dunnage warehouses. These casks have then been expertly married then finished in pinot Noir wine barrels specially sourced from Burgundy, France. Finishing in the Pinot Noir wine barrels has helped the whisky to develop refined characteristics, which add greater depth, complexity and flavour.

Glencadam Reserve de burgundy has been bottled at 46% ABV to retain the whiskies unique and natural characteristics and subtlety of taste. By not chill filtering this whisky it ensures that the aromatic components are preserved to enhance presence and flavour: no caramel colouring has been added so that the naturalness of the whisky from the cask can be enjoyed to the full.
