This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma: Green apple combines with lime zest and freshly cut grass. Tropical fruit notes come to the fore alongside subtle vanilla.
Taste: Sweet citrus and rich pineapple are balanced by subtle black pepper. Desiccated coconut develops alongside toasted hazelnuts.
Finish: Full with charred oak and lingering honey.
