Introducing Benromach Contrasts: Wine Finish. A limited-edition single malt initially matured in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by 26 months in Côte Rôtie wine casks.

Using lightly peated barley in this release and the phenol levels within this whisky are around 12PPM, similar to our Benromach Signature range.

The influence of the bourbon and Côte Rôtie wine casks results in a whisky with warm spice and summer berry aromas, dark forest fruits, black pepper and orange zest notes, finishing with lingering subtle smoke.
