The Jameson Caskmates IPA is Jameson’s second edition of this line of whiskeys aged in former beer casks following on from the Stout Edition. This one features an Irish India Pale Ale from Franciscan Well Brewery in Cork, Ireland. Hoppy and fresh fruit tastes especially light citrus at first give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish.
