Nose - Zesty Seville orange marmalade and dried apricot open into toffee apple and dark fruit spice, with notes of freshly planed oak.

Palate - Rich and full-bodied, with poached pear, tropical fruit and toasted pineapple, complemented by biscuit malt and hints of marzipan, clove and anise.

Finish - Long and lingering, with notes of flamed orange peel, rich woody spice and a gentle touch of liquorice.
