Lady of The Glen Lindores Abbey 2019 – Bourbon Barrel 6 years old Distilled 1st August 2019, Bottled 2nd April 2026 Lindores Abbey in Newburgh, Fife produces a fruity spirit with oily texture and medium body. This expression matured fully in first fill bourbon barrel, developing layers of vanilla, honey and toffee. The distillery focuses on traditional Scotch production methods, and this bottling showcases their light, fruity character enhanced by fresh bourbon cask influence. Tasting notes reveal pineapple, toasted marshmallow and dried orange peel.
