Born out of their love for the flavour profiles of great-tasting French wines (and in particular Blanc De Blanc champagne), Porters latest expression, Orchard, takes inspiration champagne’s Chardonnay grape and its intense fruitiness. So named because they use cold-distilled green apples and pears with their classic juniper base. Porters then use a soybean distillate to give the gin its sophisticated butter and biscuit tasting notes.
