One of only two malt whisky distilleries in Orkney helps to narrow down the identity of this mystery malt. As the only distillery on the archipelago producing spirit with a smoky character, the field narrows even further. Fully matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, the whisky delivers intense sweetness and a huge ABV of 63.6%, combining to feel like a bag of Haribo Tangfastics whapping around the inside of the mouth, teeth, and gums.
