This well aged release from Living Souls has all the hallmarks for the perfect dram to enjoy with the colder and darker nights creeping upon us here in Scotland. Released as part of the first batch of drams from Living Souls, it's been crafted from a rare blend of Ledaig and Tobermory single malt matured in refill butts and hogsheads. Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and at natural colour.
Nose - Take a sip and find yourself standing outside a cottage in the Scottish countryside surrounded by mountains.
Palate - Smoke billowing from the chimney, you take a bite of an apple and notice the sunlight dancing in a puddle in front of you.
Finish - Each breath carries a blend of fresh apple and smoky tones, harmoniously merging with the rustic outdoors, enveloping you in a peaceful, pastoral scene.
