Perspective No. 01 is a snapshot of Jura’s island spirit. Brought together through a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and sherry casks, it highlights core elements of the distillery character, featuring notes of stone fruit, assorted dried citrus, wildflower honey and toasted walnut.
Colour - Sienna gold.
Nose - Opens with stone fruit, assorted dried citrus and toasted walnut, interwoven with salted toffee and delicate coastal notes.
Taste - White peach, wildflower honey and citrus oil, alongside subtle hints of cassia and cacao nib. Toasted walnut and salted toffee return for a long, warming finish.
Cask - Finish Matured in American White ex Bourbon barrels and finished in seasoned oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain
