This unusual and stunning gin comes about by taking Indian Summers natural London Dry and maturing it in an ex vintage whisky cask formerly holding a classic single malt. It has lain maturing for a number of years until it reached its optimum taste profile, blending the complex nuances of the cask with the gentle aromatic Indian summer spirit. A natural gin with great character and complexity.

This specific gin has been maturing in an ex peat cask and reached an ABV of 56.7%.

Flavours imparted are Aromatic, creamy, peaty.
