This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma - Fragrant vanilla pod gives way to rich sultana and subtle dark chocolate. Seville orange zest combines with clove and toasted oak.
Taste - Cinnamon and ginger spice complement dark forest fruits with a subtle hint of aniseed. Notes of baked apple lead to stewed raisins with a faint herbal influence.
Finish - Full and long with lasting summer berries and citrus.
