This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma: Fresh lime zest complements sweet honey and tropical fruits. Subtle white chocolate develops. Leading to vanilla custard lemon sorbet.
Taste: Smooth with ripe green apple and passion fruit, giving way to charred oak. Dried banana combines with toasted almonds and malted biscuits.
Finish: Full and long with lingering spice and citrus fruit.
