This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Aroma: Sweet honey complements bright floral notes with a hint of dried banana. Lemon zest gives way to toasted almonds.
Taste: Desiccated coconut leads to pineapple and poached pear. Butterscotch comes to the fore alongside baked apple.
Finish: Medium-bodied with lingering vibrant citrus.
