Crossbill harvest their botanicals by hand in the Scottish Highlands, using a traditional method that dates back to the creation of gin. While showing care and consideration to the surrounding plants and wildlife, they help to ensure the regeneration of the juniper bushes for the following years’ harvests.

Most gin makers import dried farmed botanicals and use between five and fifteen botanicals in their gins. By comparison, Crossbill uses two botanicals, wild Scottish juniper and wild Scottish rosehip, handpicked and fresh.

Made from three different parts of the Scottish juniper plant-blue juniper berries, green juniper berries & juniper needles, Crossbill Green is full of fresh notes, bittersweet berries, and a lasting citrus tang.
